Great Hearts Northern Oaks Athletics

To be eligible for participation in the athletic program, all scholar-athletes are required to complete the following:

  1. Payment of Fees: The athletic participation fee must be paid through the Configio registration platform.
  2. Required Documentation: The following documents must be completed and submitted through the Big Teams platform:
    • Athletic Physical Exam and Medical History Form
    • Athletic Handbook Agreement
    • Parental Consent Form   
    • Emergency Contact Form
